We believe in the power and importance of the Israeli identity, in the importance of the emotional connection with Israel, regardless of geographic location.

This is why we decided to create a movement that offers Jewish and Israeli youth in the Diaspora a genuine connection to Israel.

The Tzofim Tzabar Olami Movement was established in 2009 as the global activity arm of The Israeli Scouts Movement in Israel. The movement connects Jewish youth in the Diaspora with Israel, fosters Zionism, and helps them develop their Jewish-Israeli identities.

The movement's headquarters are in Israel, and activity focuses on three main areas of activity: North America, Europe, and Australia.

Since its establisment, the Tzofim Tzabar Olami movement has operated informal frameworks, programs, and diverse activities to strengthen the connection of Diaspora Jews to Israel. These include camps, youth delegations, leadership seminars, courses, and programs on topics such as Israeli culture and identity. These activities, held in Hebrew, allow young participants to connect with Israeli culture, history, and tradition.

How do we do it?

The connection between young Jews/Israelis in the Diaspora and Israel is maintained through a variety of platforms:

Tzabar leaderships around the world - Over 50 Tzofim tribes around the world are carried out as an informal educational framework for Israeli youth in the Diaspora.

  • Garin Tzabar - a program designed for young Jews living abroad who have made the decision to immigrate to Israel and volunteer for full service in the IDF.

  • Departing delegations - the Friendship Caravan, a delegation to Poland, an delegation to the USA and more.

  • Incoming delegations and Israel programs - Chetz V'Keshet and other youth programs for young Jews to come to Israel to contribute and develop.

Our Objectives

  • Educate an Israeli Jewish generation on the principles of Zionism, while shaping the Jewish Israeli and Zionist identity of Jewish youth around the world.

  • Develop and maintain a connection between tribes of The Israeli Scouts Movement and Tzabar tribes around the world.

  • Foster strong ties between the Israeli and global Jewish communities.

  • Instill in Jewish youth the values of independence, personal and social responsibility, and strive to shape and establish young Jewish leadership.

  • Preserve Zionist Israeli identity characteristics, with an emphasis on the Hebrew language, among global Jewish youth.

  • Make the Tzabar scouting tribes a symbol of Zionism in all Jewish and Israeli communities where they operate.

Join us. Together, we will nurture and preserve the little part in each of our hearts that is painted blue and white.

Stronger. Together.

Stronger Together

Stronger Together - a unique connection of Scouts, families and people from all over the world, who meet here with one goal - unity.

These days, the sign of the time has emphasized to us the need to establish contact and organize as a community that participates in creating a positive change in global public opinion and in everyday life.

Our mission in the Stronger Together community is to reach out and serve as a source of inspiration for each other. These days, it seems that unity is the answer to various challenges we face. Together we can bring about change, provide effective tools to support children and youth, and collaborate to encourage activist activity in a variety of Jewish and Israeli audiences.

We are creating a network of support and identification here, joining the common power of every Jew or Israeli all over the world. Through this place, a strong voice of a united audience will be heard and we will focus on collaboration.

Precisely now is the time to influence and change, to tie threads of unity to be Stronger Together.

Now it's the time to join us. Stronger. Together.
